P&S Scandinavia is a subsidiary to Mazna Holdings who’ve been in business since 1964 and is considered to be international real estate developers.  In 2007-2008, we acquired about 50 000 m2 property to our company and about 96 % is leased today. Now we’re at the point where we want to look at new properties, that we can acquire and develop.

In Sweden we’re known as Förvaltnings AB Wisborgsfastigheter, where we only have property in Småland. We are a developing company, that’s why we manage every real estate we have ourselves, with some help by local managers and consulting companies.

Out investment criteria’s:

We work a lot with developing real estate, that’s why we want to buy real estate which already has management so that we can take it from there and make a progress there.

What are we looking for?

  • Commercial real estate: 5 000 – 20 000m2
  • Hotels (3-4 stars): 6000 – 10 000 m2. We don’t want hotels with a management contract.
  • Logistics-center: 20 000 m2. Here we look at the tenants and contract time.
  • We don’t want offices and  apartments

Where?

The real estate has to be about three hours from Malmö city, that’s why we’re focusing on the areas Malmö-Gothenburg-Jönköping.

Cost?

At least 35 million SEK to maximum 150-200 million SEK.
